All new products carry the manufacturer's full 12 months parts and labour warranty.
All used products carry a limited 3 months parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 working days, we will notify you in writing, giving you the option to accept a longer delivery date or to cancel/amend your order.

Returns:
Prior approval by phone from Phootos Vakfoto on +31 (0)30 2672975 is required for all returns.
Unless there is a fault with the item, refunds will be made minus the cost of shipping.
If we have made a mistake in any way, with items shipped, or if any item we supply is found to be faulty upon receipt, then we will also pay for the reasonable cost of returning the goods to our offices.
Any item found to be faulty upon receipt will be refunded or replaced upon its return to us according to your instructions.
Any item which develops a fault after 30 days from receipt, but within the warranty period, may be returned to us prepaid for repair. If we cannot repair the item within a 30 period, then we will replace it, or, if no suitable replacement is available, refund the amount paid, minus shipping. In the case of repaired or replacement items, we will bear the cost of returning them to you.
Returns must be in brand new condition, in original, undamaged packaging with all components intact and marked with the RMA number we supplied.
Any refund due for goods returned will be made within 30 days of the date upon which we receive the returned goods.
All returns must be sent back to us prepaid, unless we have agreed to bear the cost of return shipment.
All returns that do not meet the terms of this returns policy will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Returns received after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted unless prior authorisation has been given.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
